I was hoping to buy a considerably expensive table from Seehosu. It took me over 2 days to have my email returned and my phone calls answered, I tried to be understanding in the time of COVID-19 so I was gracious and supportive when Sara the daughter of the owner told me she had been “busy baking a cake” I her not to worry. I proceeded to speak about my wish to buy the product, I asked if it was possible to view a material sample to see what I would be spending 3.5k on. Nope, no samples. All sold... I then asked for some quotes for a marble top and design advice regarding the product, Sara said she was happy to do this and would send me through some information shortly... the day passed, no email, no update. The next day I sent an email just wonder If there was any further updates? She didn’t get back to me for a whole 30 hours. I was met with the poor excuse that the email had bounced back. Where was my call to amend this? I am suspicious that it did even bounce back because previous correspondence had sent fine. I still gave Seehosu the benefit of the doubt and sent them another test email and a back up email.... nothing again!!!! She finally blamed me for all the technical difficulties and quickly sent through the email to the addresses I had provided, with a quote for a different product!!! Oops Sara and Seehosu... you’ve lost a sale. Please try and improve your customer service, some of the worst I have ever dealt with.
