Outsource their work, charge you $120 labour to put on a dust cover which took them about 6 min. Make you walk over to outsourced place but then deliver it back to BMW so you spend half your day running around.

Had an issue with our 420i Convertible, Jessie from service did a sterling job helping although it needed a part from the mainland so we had to go to Hobart BMW as we were on a Lap of Tassie. Jessie did everything he said he would and then we had to deal with Hobart - Jessie you need to go over there and train them on customer service is all I can say!

Be careful here, they outsource work elsewhere! I'm not referring to window tinting or body works, I mean complex mechanical work that the client is paying an exceptionally high hourly rate for.Imagine paying top dollar thinking the BMW certified specialist is working on your vehicle when it's actually round the corner being looked at by bobs quick fix. Yeah ok, i'm sure Bob might be great and know his stuff, but I would have taken my car to him for cheaper if I wanted him to do the work. I also question the legality of this as the constant referencing of their" mechanics and "their" workshop are deceptive to say the least.I certainly won't be back.If I have to for an airbag recall or whatever

Top marks for professionalism, product knowledge and most importantly customer service. Ian and his team are just brilliant to deal with. Hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience I've had. These guys make sure there are no problems, only solutions. I purchased a fleet of motorcycles and was expecting all sorts of issues with a multi-vehicle deal. The reality, however, was that it could not have gone smoother. Even when one the bikes ordered had to be sourced from another dealer interstate, there was no fuss or stress. Quality people and quality service.

Service on mini was good. Had to wait a bit longer for it to be completed than told.

My BMWX3 windows required new tinting and Launceston BMW took care of it regardless of being unable to locate the original warranty details. The service was handled brilliantly to fit in with our time constraints (we do not live in Launceston). It was a pleasure meeting Bryton Marsden who handled all the details. Roz & John

Just arrived from Sydney a few months ago, had my 235i serviced for the first time in BMW Launceston service centre, very happy with the outcome, service adviser Jessie was very efficient and knowledgeable and explained everything on pickup, Steve drove me home and also picked me up on completion of the service and on time, great service by all!!Thanks

Great experience was greeted by the manager who walks the talk as she is also a tarmac rally driver and a motorbike rider. Was provided with a very nice cuppa and allowed to browse with no pressure at all. Will be back to buy soon.
