Just bought 2 X rigatoni Marinara pasta's @ $50 total.The worst pasta I've had.Rigatoni over cooked ( flat )Covered in melted parmesanAnd seafood particularly the prawns had no flavour.Had pasta here before which was nice.This was one of the WORST PASTAS WEVE EVER HAD .Only ate it because we were very hungry . Actually I left half of it.Very disappointed .Has the standard dropped ??????

I have to admit a bias, I love this place. I'm struggling to tell you why, but I do. The food is good. The staff are lovely. The atmosphere, well the decor anyway, is unique. It's a bit of a time warp, hasn't changed much since I was kid, and I appreciate that.

Best Italian restaurant in the area and undoubtably best interior. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. Alcohol is very reasonable priced as well, although they allow customers to bring their own wine for a small corkage fee. Highly recommended!

I have driven past this place a million times and finally decided to have dinner there. This is your good ole fashion local family restaurant with great food, wonderful ambiance and cosy atmosphere. The staff were super friendly. Pizza and calamari was good. We saw the schnitzel when we were paying and it looked amazing, so will try that and a pasta next time. Thanks for having us.

We've been driving past this place for so long, and tonight we finally decided to give it a go for my son's birthday. We have been struggling to find an authentic Italian restaurant and now we found it. An Italian restaurant the way it should be, family atmosphere, great food and awesome service. Will definately make it our regular from now on, should have stopped here months ago.

Best dining experience ever!!!I’ve only been to this place twice. The first was a quick takeaway and the second was a dine in on Valentine’s Day (loved the pizza so much I had to come back).When we arrived the second time we noticed a lady at the front making fettuccine FROM SCRATCH and decided we HAD to try that pasta. It was phenomenal!! Also I love cheese-less garlic pizzas if they’re done right (not many places make it without cheese and those that do usually make it too dry or too oily imho), these guys made them perfectly each time! Probably the best garlic pizza I’ve had. On V Day they served it to us shaped like a heart, which I thought was an awesome touchThe decorations around the store are really fun to admire, they’ve got all sorts of things on display and no matter who you are you’re guaranteed to see a few things that bring back nostalgic memories. It really sets a good atmosphere and makes eating in very enjoyableWe also tried their cocktails, I highly recommend the Kermit!!!Other than that the thing that struck me the most was that both times we went there all the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. The fella who I think is Joe (but I didn’t actually catch his name so not sure) was super happy and excited, you could tell this is a guy who really loves what he does. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a restaurant where the people working were that happy. It’s worth going if only to experience it for yourselfCannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!!

Cute Italian restaurant atmosphere just like Italy. Good quality ingredients on the pizza (it's thick crust style). Pizza sauce was tasty and size was very decent. Joe is super nice too! Didn't get to try the pasta...next time!

This is a go to little gem in mentone. The staff are really friendly, food is great - the homemade pasta is great!Above all the decor of this place is really something to see also. There is a bowling alley on the roof and the place has such a cosy atmosphere. I know half eaten food isn't what you want to see but we were so hungry.Definitely coming back!

Greeted at the door by Joe himself. The meals were very generous and true flavours of Italy. The place was so busy yet Joe, his wife and son all took the time to make it a very personal experience. Amazing !
