Customer service was so lovely and helpful, and despite an initial hiccup with organising my order it arrived super quickly and I am very happy with my purchase! Would definitely shop with them again.

Got some engraving done there. I was quoted $18.50 and the engraving was to be in a script font.Not only did they arbitrarily change the font to something I'm not that keen on, they upped the price to $25 without so much as a phone call to discuss the changes. I'm now left with an item that I'm not happy with but can't change. Pretty poor form.

We love visiting Kadina Jewellers and can always find the perfect gift.The mural on the side adds so much vibrancy to the Kadina CBD and the interior of the shop is beautiful too.Friendly, helpful staff and beautiful displays make for a great shopping experience.My favourite products are the gorgeous Erstwilder brooches!

Almost double the price of other places to get chain fixed and $45 for it to break the very next day. Took it back but was advised chain was checked for other poor links but clearly that was not the case. Didn’t care that it broke the next day or that I was unsatisfied customer. Had been wearing this chain for several years with no previous issues.
