Came here for a muffin and a cappuccino ($4.50 for a small) in the morning. It was early in the day so everything was clean and tidy. The muffin was fresh and tasty but the customer service from the older staff member was very indifferent.

Bring back Triple Chocolate. You guys stopped selling this one and it wasn't just my favourite, but it was also popular usually getting sold out before I could make it to buy one. Please make triple chocolate, really disappointing to not see this sold.

I loved their muffins specially the pecan nut one, also the Chai latte was so good, during the afternoon they have a promotion of four muffins for $12, and the staff is so kind and nice.

Conveniently located inside westfield, it gets very busy. Staff are very friendly, coffee is good as are the muffins. Tried the new Duffin - a cross of muffin & croissant & was delicious! Available in custard or nutella filled.

Today I had a lovely coffee, nice and hot as requested, and a much appreciated gluten free muffin. As a coeliac, finding safe gf food when you're out and about is not easy so thank heavens for Muffin Break! The young man who took the order was particularly pleasant too.

Went to have a coffee and muffin today and was disappointed and shocked with the customer service. No inital smile or greeting was given and the young man serving the food looked unfriendly and disinterested. I could have been talking to a brick wall. The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable and not want to be there.

Usually love coming here with my kids most weekends since 2016 however the last few times have been really ordinary.Sanitizer no longer available, tables unclean and not wiped down between customers and the customer service in general has really gone downhill. Its now a case 'take a number and go sit down' rather than the old friendly smile and courtesy.Such a shame as it used to be such an early morning weekend highlight.
