We have had numerous window and carpentry specialists come over to provide advice and quote on the major work we needed done to fix the windows and surrounds in our conservatory and none of them have been of any help. That is until we called ASNU and had Dwayne come over to look at the job. Unlike everyone else we had dealt with, he immediately identified the issues that needed addressing and advised on the work involved. What’s better within hours I had a reasonable quote for the job.Two weeks later, we had the pleasure of having one of ASNU’s carpenters, Dave, come over for a final assessment and he then started the repair job immediately. Dave took great care in going about the job and we always felt like he was working on his own place, such was the attention to detail and solutions he provided. He even had the patience of a saint in dealing with our 8mth old puppy, who took an immediate shine to him and attempted to distract him as often as possible. Needless to say, she misses him now that he has gone. A small detail, but an important one to us, Dave also fastidiously cleaned up after himself every afternoon before leaving.We are super pleased with the work done and have no hesitation in recommending Dave for your carpentry needs. Certainly, if we identify any other issues at our home, he will be our first port of call.

The guys at ASNU were amazing. They were friendly, responsive and communicated all steps of the process to repair my balcony. They completed the job very professionally and came back to gerni my driveway where the timbers had leached during the rain (without even being asked). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with the ASNU team after we had work completed back in 2018.Over the next few years, we had some warranty issues but due to covid restrictions the repairs could not proceed.We have kept in contact with Cath Dopper & Geoff Gillies over the years and now we have just had all our warranty issues completed and would recommend ASNU to any other people.

I had a difficult bathroom tile replacement job after a dodgy plumber was brought in by the insurance company. ASNU went out of the way to help me locate replacement tiles and the workmanship to remedy the mess is brilliant. Check out the before and after pics.

I booked in to obtain a quote for some roof repairs. I got a response quite quickly to arrange an available time a couple of weeks later (their soonest available). The day before the appointment, ASNU called me to change the time, which I accepted (I had booked in a day off work so I could be there for the appointment anyway). Then they called an hour later to tell me they weren't certified to repair roofs and so they wouldn't be coming at all. Repairing the roof was the one thing I said I needed a quote for, right from the first time I made contact weeks earlier. I don't understand how it took until the day before my appointment to tell me that's not a service they could offer. Such a big waste of my time. I won't approach this firm again after this poor experience.

I have no idea how businesses such as this stay in operation. After sending someone who seemed friendly enough to quote for some work, and being promised the quote within a week - I called four times over the next six months to follow up on said quote. My calls were answered by someone with terrible people skills, and over a year later, we still have not received the quote - why not just say you’re too busy or not interested so everyone can move on?

Very friendly from the admin staff, to the assessor and especially the carpenters (Wesley and Keane). Always on time, courteous, cleaned up the site after each day, making it safe for children and also very open and honest. Excellent carpentry and went above and beyond at times to help out.

I'm very happy with their workmanship, David is very professional and always assist you. ASNU GROUP OF TRADES is highly recommended.

I had Philippe the painter do paint indoors. He was an over achiever and perfectionist so you can imagine the quality of the job he did for me. I don't know about other employees but Phil is the guy for sure. He certainly makes ASNU look very professional.Very happy with the job and can recommend to anyone.

Finished product so terrible and honestly embarrassing. Have had 2 builders review and say it’s poor workmanship. We also found the painter to be unprofessional, turning up in moccasins then saying “it’s a big job” around 3 times before leaving insisting it was best to wait a week and someone else would be back to paint. In the end the roofer painted! It was a joke and I wish I had of trusted the poor reviews noted here. Beware.
