I attended PeakXD's 3 day UX Design Course for Government and found the content to be very valuable.Tania is a fabulous instructor and tailored the course to our needs by drawing on relevant government examples. She is highly engaging, and kept the group discussion flowing over the entire 3 days.Would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning the theory behind user experience and how to successfully apply it to their organisation.

Never thought I would love this course as much I do now. I am quite skeptical taking online courses ever since. I always think that if I can get it in a setup that no classroom is required, I can also get it from other resources and some free online courses. However, due to circumstances and pandemic situation, I tried to give it a go. I believe I did the right decision.I have some experiences on UX but I don't have a proper training to produce more bullet proof output. I also think I don't have the right language to be more fluent when it comes to UX world. This course is not like many others that you get to receive your modules, study on your own, send your output, and that's it. This is more like an in-depth , with interaction to wonderful and professional instructors (Tania and Miranda), and practical application with real-life project. If I may add, their one-on-one sessions with the instructors are very helpful and flexible. To recommend? Yes I would recommend this course to those beginners and those who want to have proper understanding of what UX is about and how valuable it is to your business.

I took the UX Accelerator course with Peak XD in 2021 with a goal of transitioning from Marketing & Graphic Design to the UX/UI space.The course has definitely exceeded my expectations. My both teachers Tania and Miranda are very knowledgeable, professional and supportive.The course is very well-structured providing detailed study guides and engaging video tutorials. It provides valuable fundamental knowledge in human-centred design whist also teaching a lot of essential UX/UI hands-on skills. All students have an opportunity to complete a project with a real-world client where they can bring their learning to life. I also enjoyed my one-on-one sessions with my mentor Tania who was giving me very valuable feedback on all my assignments and a lot of useful tips, and was always very encouraging and supportive throughout my journey.And the best part is that the Peak XD team supports and guides you through your job search process connecting you with the right people in the industry and recommending the best students to their partners.I can acknowledge that I achieved my goal with this course having recently received an offer for a UX/UI Designer role. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! I did the three day UX Design and Certification in Melbourne back in Oct 2019. The materials were relevant and prepared me well for the exam. The activities were engaging and broke up the day nicely. The PeakXD templates and videos you get access to are super useful. But most importantly, Tania is an excellent teacher and facilitator with a wealth of knowledge and industry experience.

The UX Accelerator Program as an early-career web designer has probably been one of the best decisions I've made for myself.It feels like I've saved on making a lot of big mistakes at work, because of the focus on teaching good practice in this program and providing personalised feedback on a real client project.The coaches have created such a positive learning environment that I look forward to joining every week too!

I did the UX training course for government . I really enjoyed the entire 3 days and thought the information provided was extremely useful. Each stage of the UX journey was discussed in good level of details with examples. I especially liked the practical exercises we did as it really helped to understand the concepts and the benefits.Would recommended this course any people starting out their UX journey, great way to understand the process and be able to dive in further

I had 3 day training course with Tania and Miranda, and it was fantastic! The course was jammed pack with lots of useful information and it really help me in understanding UX a lot better. The pace was excellent, and there was no boring bits. Tania and Miranda were really helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this course!

Recently undertook PeakXD's 3 day UX Design Course (Government). I could not recommend this more highly! the course was really well put together with really helpful resources and notes. Best of all, Tania, our wonderful trainer was SUPER experienced and helpful, with great examples, superior knowledge and really engaging. I hope to do more training with Tania in the future!

The course gave me the framework and the language that I was missing to help me to effectively advocate for good UX/CX in design discussions and decisions.
