I have recently had treatments with the caring and professional Emma and Holly. Sima was recommended to me by other clients for her outstanding professional competence with electrolysis and I have been seeing Sima and her skilled team for over 2 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I have always received the utmost professional care in a supportive and caring environment. Sima has always clearly explained to me any aftercare instructions and the importance of following these directions. The treatments I am receiving from Sima have been life changing for me and I can personally recommend Sima and her team.

I have been visiting Sima and her team for about 5 years and today was the first time I have had electrolysis with Madison. She was absolutely fantastic, and she did her best to make sure that I was happy and comfortable. She has a lovely, professional and uplifting nature and she did a fantastic job.

Over the last year I have had a large number and variety of treatments from Sima and the girls. The treatment is always carefully explained including what aftercare is necessary to stop any irritation etc. They are all professional, courteous and kind; always ensuring that the customer is well looked after (I wouldn't have gone back once had I been treated badly, let alone the 30 or so visits I have racked up in the interim). I really cannot praise them highly enough.

While the services and products are pricy, this isn't atypical for a salon with beauty therapists and there are lots of other service nearby that charge about the same or more than Ella Baché anyway.Sima was very polite, friendly and talked to me as both a customer and a human, which I really like. I'm a chatty person, so I get excited when an employer or employee has a lengthy conversation with me.I got a bikini wax when the shop was nearly closing and I felt I was taken care of very well! No tweezers down there is a relief and the product she recommended me works wonderfully!I suggest that you save up and then come here, because I highly recommend it based on my treatment.

Do NOT use this clinic for cosmetic tattooing! The numbing cream she provides is under-effective for pain. I also later discovered I was grossly overcharged for eyeliner remedial work - which I couldn't even complete because of the pain. (Her other work is fine.) Recommend 'Irresistible Me' in Springwood for eyeliner tattooing.

Had a beautiful afternoon with Ebony I believe her name was. She was very comforting and friendly and suggested the polish scrub before my tan and it was oh so worth it! I've been to a few other Ella Bache' s before and can say this was the most professional and relaxing. Definitely coming back!

I’ve been having such a bad two months and coming here has made me feel so much better. I super super highly recommend. Skincare is so important and everything was explained perfectly. The beautiful lady that was looking after me even discussed about future services that would be even better and not a lot of people care like that. So I really do appreciate her so much. I forgot her name but I do want to see her again! Again thank you so much for this amazing experience.
