Nice looking little hotel. Looks like it's closed when driving past at night though! The young guy behind the bar could do with an attitude adjustment, not exactly welcoming.

If you are looking for the original pub feel this place is it. But hurry it won't be for long, they will be knock down rebuilding very soon.The food is plentiful and the original style chips are good (Im not normally a fan of the old style chips but these ones hit differently)Even the kids steak was a big serve.And the beer was still cheap (cheaper than city prices that is) $15 for 2 drinks instead of the $20 for one drink I see around the city.Keep the good work guys, I knew the kitchen had issues tonight but you still did a cracking job and the staff were brilliant.

Greenwell Point Hotel
Have posted before on the blackfish. Made the trip down determined to expand my culinary experience and ordered the steak with chips & salad & pepper sauce ….. I was in heaven! Knife just slid through the meat which was cooked to perfection, pepper sauce a good thick sauce and lots of it with whole peppers throughout. Chips golden, salad super fresh & not overpowered with dressing. Think I need to move to Greenwell Point.

Had pizza 4/1/2023 must be new people running the restaurant, toppings on my supreme pizza very bland and asked for jalepenos told no asked for chilli told no , i have had pizzas here 8 months earlier on several occasions and were the best pizza i have ever had the toppings were unbelievable .i wont be going back there for another pizza ,will eat at the club from now on and will not be recommending there pizza's to anyone lost business

Perfectly cooked sirloin, great buttered chicken, excellent beef burger, and delicious schnitty. A great place for a good pub feed.

Greenwell Point Hotel
Lovely staff! There was a wait for our food, a combination of busy Friday night and some technical glitches. The staff brought out free garlic bread for my kids, and the chef came and apologised. Food was really good pub grub, old school burgers with beetroot, and proper hot chips. Actually, some of the best hot chips I've had in ages. Drinks and food were very reasonably priced, we are here quite regularly and I think we've found our new favourite spot.

Old style pub Excellent dinner, local Blackfish is great. Some outdoor seating. Historic photos on the wall. Friendly service.

Would be a great place if you weren’t yelled at for ordering a pie that was supposed to be the managers dinner.
