If you have a monopoly you don't need customer service skills. Waited for 45min only to be then told their machine was broken and they wanted to rebook me or send me to GHS. Not good enough I'd been hearing since I'd sat down about a broken machine but didn't realise it was the one I wasd waiting for!!!

This branch is amazing. They added me to their cancellation list and fit me in 4 days earlier than scheduled so that I could recover in time for my son to start school. All the staff were sympathetic, friendly, professional and warm. Thank you very much!
