Anita's Flowers Wedding and Events

Absolutely disgusted with Anita’s service.After a very stressful period planning my wedding during covid (postponed two times) I have asked Anita if she was available on two dates. She was available on the 6th of February but not the 13th of February.Unfortunately I was only able to book the 13th of February and informed Anita of this. Anita was not available for this specific date. Anita mentioned that I will not get a refund (this is fair enough) so I requested a credit to use for future events/dates.With no sense of sympathy or understanding, Anita absolutely refused to give me a credit for an amount of $300 which in her words I apparently “cried about” and said that this was a rule in the wedding industry which is a false statement as every other supplier was able to give me a refund or credit.To add to this, the flowers I booked were not fresh and are already stocked up in her house/storage. So she wasn’t going to lose anything. Just a bit of time scribbling on a book.I was really looking forward to working with Anita but due to this experience, I am disgusted with how she dealt with the situation and will not recommend her services to anyone.Not impressed.

This business is amazing. Needed flowers delivered ASAP and they catered to our needs and delivered an absolutely stunning box arrangement on the same day. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Horrible experience. My partner and I have had to postpone our wedding for the second time due to COVID restrictions. We requested the deposit to be refunded but was told that they do not offer refunds, which my partner and I are understanding of. However, we did request to have the deposit amount credited for a future event and was told that we couldn’t even do that. This is complete unethical and immoral. Not happy at all and would not recommend Anita products or services!

Promise the world and don't deliver...I have read that in the previous reviews but didn't believe it till it happened to me .Called, discussed, booked and paid deposit 6 months ago and when I asked her for an opinion she cancelled me 3 months prior to wedding day.For bride and groom and the planning and stress they go through cancelling isn't an easy thing to take in.I do suggest you to read the reviews before going ahead.

She’s the best to deal with , beautiful flowers and great service

Anita is such a professional and honest florist. She has various selections of high quality floral arranagments. Can't wait to see the styling of flowers that she will arrange for my big day.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! Promises the world but does not deliver. The flowers that were delivered were wilted and dying. The presentation was was horrible and the service even worse. I strongly recommend to find someone else in the area. There are plenty of amazing florists in the area.
