Amazing customer service by a particular employee called Ross I believe, I’ve been served by him a few times and he always gives amazing portions of vegetables and sauces. As well as that he gives a very generous amount of cheese too which is amazing (I get the shredded cheese so it makes the bread extra crunchy). And at the end of the day Ross always serves me with a smile and a laugh

Store needs a Major Make Over than looking so sad. Staff want to be there not just the wage. I brought 3 Subways 15/06/2022 not good at all. The young lady making Subway didnt want to be there. Subway Great company but get the right staff not one that doesnt care and just wants her pay check.

Just like to mention the manager today was too busy on a FaceTime call whilst holding her vape under her phone to help the two trainees at the front. The shop was full with customers and took me 25min to order my meal. The trainees are not competent with making the sandwiches even with wrapping the subs. I assume this is due to the managers inability to care or assist with her fellow colleges.After the eftpos machine apparently broke. A sign was placed on the door as “cash only” until then manager said to another customer that she fixed the machine and has forgotten to take down the sign. Then after serving that customer she proceeded to hide behind the wall and let the trainees tragically make a sandwich or two. I left paying with card and the sign was still up.Suggest having a discussion with the current manager about how to serve customers especially at peak demand time (lunch). Or look at hiring a new one who can properly manage a store and its customers.This is not the first time I have been disappointed with this store, unfortunately today’s behaviour was enough for me to feel obliged to write this review.

Your subway is the worst I have never had a store that is always out of meat balls!!I don’t even bother to come into Darra because of this. I normally just go to Richlands or Oxley but stupid me today decided surely they can’t be out of meat balls at 1:30pm so went into Darra and today again no meatballs it’s 1:30pm!!!! and I need two foot-longs they couldn’t even make one let alone two.I asked the girl to put them in the microwave rather then waiting for a whole new batch… many stores will do this .. but not Darra they said no the boss says we only cook 2 batches per day one for lunch and one for dinner they must cook the smallest batches ever as I have coming in the evening and no meatballs.This subway is subpar and the staff have no customer service they must sit around on there phones not bothering to actually run the store.. as it is always empty and they never have all the things ready..So many times no cookies, no meatballs, no breads.Or if you are lucky to get a meatball they are old and dry… the person who owns this store needs to Be onsite monitoring there staff… it’s sad because subway is like the only take away we have at monier if they got there store sorted locals would come back..

If I could give -5 I would. Got a little 6 snack to eat on the way home and the meat wasn't in the sub but squished into the bottom of the bread. Never stop for anything here

7:30pm on 16/09/2022. Very rude staff today. Blaming boss and training for things she didn’t know. No tomatoes and other salads today. Have been coming here for the last few years. Worst service today!

I've been to this subway quite a few times and it's always an unpredictable experience. Sometimes the staff are friendly and fast; sometimes they're slow and unfriendly. The biggest disappointment is the amount of times they are out of bread or closed early. I went at 6pm tonight and it was closed with no sign explaining why.

Pre Ordered lunch for my team over $200 order, we didn't receive 3 subs, no meatball and substituted with chicken - none of the 15 subs had names or what was on them, had to wait over 1 hour due to only 2 staff working!!! Terrible service - we also called first to make sure they could take the order!!!
