Went in for a quote to have some minor panel work done. Had the job quoted in two other locations and was provided prices of $1.5k - $2k. EP quoted.....$7.5k..... Didn't end up using them.Yes I haven't left my real name, but how do you even justify charging $110 to disconnect a battery, elevate vehicle, torque wheel nuts?? Those are just the first 3 line items. If you're not interested in doing a job best you tell clients up front rather than make them drive all the way there and then quoting astronomical prices.Yes other panel beater did use OEM parts and I was happy with their level of care. Thanks

I've never left a review before but felt moved to review this great business. Although Ess Panels are local I would drive across the city or the state even to get service from these guys, in particular Christian and Arlene who have helped a great deal. I would happily recommend this business to anyone and have done.

Could not be more happy with the service at Essendon Panels! The repairs were done one time and very professionally. The service was impeccable. Friendly and customer focused, they went above and beyond the average car repairs. My car was cleaned and they even fixed my broken side mirror! I could not rate this place high enough.

We opted for Essendon Panels (EP) due to the consistently solid reviews they received and we are glad we did. We had a challenging time dealing with our insurer around our repairs, a process made easier by our having EP in our corner. At all times they went into bat for us and what was best for our circumstances with our insurer, and we were able to get our car repaired and restored where elsewhere it may have been (unnecessarily) written off. The team were professional, transparent around the work and timeframes, communicated clearly, and most importantly restored our car to good as new. Can't recommend them enough.

We had very good service from Michelle, Harleen and the Team, for a non-standard body repair on our 15-y-o French car, using independently sourced second-hand parts. Understandably there was a fair bit of to-and-fro at the beginning, to scope the work ... but the finished product looks virtually new. Recommended!

The team at Essendon Panels was recommended to me by a family member and the recommendation was definitely a good one. They're a very professional team, kept me updated at each step and their work is excellent, my car now looks great again. Having access to a courtesy car for the duration of the repair was also a fantastic benefit, not having to worry about having to hire a car was a huge relief. I'd recommend them to anyone.
