Appalling customer service by a lady named Jannett. She is arrogant and rude, prefers to argue with customers rather than help them. She's defiantly in the wrong field. Guardian chemist, you need to take some action towards the staff members you have hired, and that are representing you. This is the second time, I have come across her service! DO SOMETHING! you are the only store that is quiet in the shopping centre, wonder why!

Some of the best customer service of my life was recieved today. I didnt catch the young ladies name who served me, but she could she that I had had a very hard day and had a little chat with me, offered me a stool to sit on and a cup of water... some very small gestures that cost nothing but meant so much.I'm sure you know whom you are and I want to again thank you very much

Extremely pushy staff that won't leave you alone to get a sale with gift items. Also they watch you constantly like you're some sort of criminal. Incredibly uncomfortable feeling and not a pleasant shopping experience. There is another chemist in the shopping complex that treat customers with respect. Avoid this place and their rude staff. PUSHY AND TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL and don't ever judge a book (customer) by its cover. Stuck up snobby staff.

I was served by a beautiful blonde lady yesterday afternoon that was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was very helpful with a product I bought as a present but even more so with me and my anxiety. This lady was very caring and compassionate and although I thanked her through tears I hope she reads this and knows how much she really did make a difference...thanks again

I received the friendliest, warmest and most helpful customer service here.The beautiful, blonde sales lady that attended to me when I came to purchase fragrance was amazing - and now thanks to her, I smell amazing! She was so helpful - and her fragrance knowledge is off the charts!The staff here treat everyone like they matter - anyone that has to wait for their attention is rewarded, trust me.

Is the indian lady pharmacist ok? I legit walked to get some advise on helping my muscular chest pains/heart burn that I had previously checked by paramedics early that morning, and I was met with rolling eyes and un-enthusiasm??? She was acting so rude and wasn’t even listening as she must of thought I was trying to get strong pain killers or something. The worse pharmacy experience of my life, oh I’m still in pain because nobody bothered to even help me. DO NOT COME HERE!

Really rude and cold pharmacist. Doesn't like it when you ask questions, gets a horrible look on the face and starts yelling. Not a large range of products, very expensive medication's I really don't understand how they have survived so long. They used to hand out codeine like candy, no morals, no community care. Just a horrible chemist.

The pharmacist here is probably one of the rudest, most horrible people I've ever met. She was SOOOO unhelpful to me on the two occasions I've been there, and treated me like I was the most annoying thing she's dealt with all day. I will go out of my way to avoid ever going back there. I hope management see this because they need to fire that woman! She gives the chemist a bad name

Can’t say enough good things about the new team at this Chemist. I have previously avoided this Chemist for many reasons unfortunately..All the new staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and go above and beyond to help me out with my medications, which is so rare in this day and age. From the dispensary to the front counter, can’t fault them, unreal service. What a big change with new management!Will be back and continue to come back. Highly recommend.
