Absolutely terrible service!!! VERY rude staff !!! will never return again !!!! ordered a pizza for my son only to realise when I got home that it was the wrong one, so I called up and spoke to a girl who said she will get the manager, WHO CONVENIENTLY was too busy" to come to the phone. How rude and unprofessional!!! Then had to order another pizza an PAY for both as THEY BLAMED me for ordering the wrong pizza which I did not because I only ever order the same pizza everytime I go there !!!!!!!!!Didn't even want to give 1 star but had too to post !!!!"

Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Worst delivery service in all of Cronulla. Last 4 orders are over 30 mins late and the pizza arrives cold. You ring up to enquire and get attitude. It’s a hard no from me

This place is a terrible establishment. I was apart of a group that dined here and the way that the wait staff were being spoken to by the two managers (I could only assume) is downright disgusting. Just because you’re in a position of leadership does not give you the right to blatantly disrespect your staff in front of customers, at all for that fact.Not only was the above a massive disappointment, the food definitely is not worth the price. The chilli prawn linguini was possibly the worst pasta dish I have eaten at a restaurant. From the flavour to the portion size. It was bland to the extent that I was positive they had just boiled packet pasta and thrown it together with a tiny bit of olive oil and a spider monkeys handful of school prawns, that were no doubt frozen; there was no chilli, not even a hint of garlic. They have the audacity to charge $30 for a bowl of service station quality food.If you want to go out for a night with family and friends, stay away from crust cronulla. You’ll get a better experience waiting 30 minutes for a cheese burger at the local maccas.

Went with my sister and my nephews as they wanted pizza last night the service from the young lady was fantastic however we just started our meal & the manager handed me the billWhich I found rude & inappropriate, as it was only 7.45pm I still wanted desert & coffee, poor form by the owner as I asked to see him & he just ignored me. Absolutely disgraceful from a so call upmarket crust pizza outlet. By the way the food was average nothing to rave about.

Turned up Boxing Day, got warned of 15% surcharge but not the 1 hr wait. Was accompanied by 4 kids who have gone restless throughout the wait. The food was decent but if i knew I’d have to wait so I’d go elsewhere. On top of 15% surcharge had to pay a credit card surcharge, too.

Usually get a pie from Crust most weeks. Pepperoni is my usual. Looking forward to it all week but this week there was hardly any toppings. A few pieces of sausage and was really unsatisfying. Not sure what happened tonight. In the past when the Deleivery driver hand you the pizza box you immediately think to yourself oh there’s some weight to this! Not the case tonight. Might have to go back to the old faithful Dominos.

Ordered 4 takeaway pizzas. 3 were terribly made. The Moroccan Lamb had little to no topping, the Pesto Chicken was drowning in Peri Peri sauce???, and the Mediterranean Lamb was drowning in 2 sauces, when no Aioli sauce or sauces were requested as part of the order. A refund was begrudgingly provided after much discussion. Previous takeaway orders in the past had also missing requested extras (like anchovies and olives). Too many young kids working there that don't really care about quality of pizzas vs quantity of pizzas.

Crust Pizza Cronulla
Ordered a large Peri Peri pizza and after an hour of waiting a SMALL barely 10inch pizza arrived. Apparently Crust have changed the name of the sizes. If you want a large, order the extra large. The Large is actually a small. Spoke to Crust they told me to refer my complaint to Uber Eats even though it was Crust that changed the size names. I have been a regular customer but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in future.
