My phone required a new battery and the back replaced. Some parts needed to be ordered and the staff were extremely helpful in keeping me updated with the arrival and then working out a time to get my phone repaired. Breanna was the person I mainly dealt with and she was very professional and helpful in her dealings with myself. Extremely happy with the her and the whole process.

Very disappointed in the lack of follow up service when screen started to fault. There was never any consideration that the product replacement failed, the customer was said to be at fault yet they had not yet even inspected. Will never use this company again

Liam was excellent. Follow up service by the other guy was non existent. Very disappointed as we came back to this store especially for this.
