Baby Bunting Eastland

I spent $$$$ at BB; have lots of family rewards which surprisingly cannot be redeemed on some products such as nappies, wipes. On top of that you must spend minimum $50 only to redeem $10. Very disappointing rewards program for a loyal BB customer

I’ve always had great advice when going into the Eastland store but yesterday was amazing with a car seat installation. The attention to detail given by the staff member was reassuring and gave me confidence in using the car seat as the baby would grow and she would be completely safe. Thanks again to all the staff ❤️

Great selection of all your baby needs. You can find almost anything from newborn to toddlers here and the staff are friendly. There’s feeding stuff, furniture, toys, clothing and car accessories. We’ve lost count of how much we’ve bought from here. The one thing has been most helpful is buying our baby’s car seat and getting it installed here with their paid car install service. Worth getting it because they’re very professional and you can learn how to install the baby seat and strap your baby in correctly and safely. And their staff are also very friendly and you can get lots of advice about what to get that’s suitable for your baby.

If you like to be ripped off then BB is for you.We earned a $30 store credit with the purchase if a $699 carseat only to be told that we need to spend a further $150 to actually be able to use it. How greedy considering that everything is overpriced and most families with small kids live on one income. BB fails miserably at their duty of care towards their customers.

The store manager and employees are unhelpful and look at you as a choir rather than trying to assist. Asked for a price match and did not want to give to us, so we left and went to another Baby bunting and the staff there was very helpful and jumped over hoops to give us the price match.Eastland has a lot to learn.

No complaints about staff at Eastland but zero stars for the company. I’ve spent thousands of $$$ here, yet to access $70 of rewards I need to spend a total of at least 350$ in separate $50 amounts. It’s a joke. Don’t bother having a reward system that doesn’t actually benefit loyal customers.On top of this, you can’t use your reward ever if you get a price match. You can only do either a price match or use a $10 reward if spending over $50.Worst business ever? I only shop at baby bunting because I’ve been given gift vouchers.

Went in store today and was absolutely blown away by Bianca! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to give my partner and I so much valuable information and was so honest with her opinions. If you’re heading into baby bunting Eastland I highly recommend you ask for Bianca to give you a hand and answer any questions, we will definitely be coming directly to Bianca when we need things in the future!

Brand new store - they could have done anything in this space, but they chose to elevate the main part of the store. Given that the majority of your customers are pregnant, pushing prams or dealing with toddlers, I do not understand why you would add the need for stairs or a ramp! You now have the annoyance of going out of your way up the ramp, or the danger of a set of stairs just to access the main section of the store. Classic example of designing a store without actually thinking about who your customers are.

Terrible support! I purchased a swing which I assumed it's an electronic one. However, as soon as I opened it and I found it's manual, I took it to the store in the same pack. The store manager told me as it's been opened, we can't return it according to our return policy. It's shameful that they allow you 30 days to return the product as a change of mind, while it's required not to be opened!!! Although I've purchased several things from this store, I won't make the same mistake moving forward. This was the first issue I raised with the customer service and they refused to assist.
