I had a great experience with the team at Roof Racks Galore in Warana on the Sunshine Coast, and I highly recommend them! I had a product that was discontinued and there were no instructions available, but the team was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to fit the rack to my car. Their customer service was top-notch and I was impressed by their dedication to ensuring my satisfaction. After an unfortunate issue with the box missing some pieces, the guys at Roof Racks Galore, Sunshine Coast more than made up for the inconvenience. They fitted them and provided straps for our load. They were polite, helpful, efficient and the quality of the install and product was excellent. Would highly reccommend them for Roof Racks!

Exceptional service from Rob with assistance from Jack at Roof Racks Galore on the Sunshine Coast. Massively impressed with the Thule Outway Hanging bike racks Rob recommended. They may seem expensive, but compared to having a tow bar fitted looks very fair. Quality product - you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service from John at the Sunny Coast store. Product unfortunately came with a small defect but John got a new one sent up from Brisbane within 24hrs and fully replaced product with no hesitation! A++
