The customer service from this business is non-existent. The trailer was ordered with a deposit paid and was told it would be ready in two weeks. It took six weeks and they did not register the trailer before it was picked up from them. Three weeks later after multiple phone calls and messages being left that were not returned, visiting the business and being told it was all sorted and it was registered we were wrong, then calling the business again only to be yelled at by an extremely rude man that we were wrong it was registered. Finally the police pulled us over and was going to fine us for towing a trailer that was unregistered, we were fortunate to have all the receipts to show that we had acted in good faith, the police advised to report this business to Department of fair trading and the RMS as they were breaching their dealers license. Then we visit the business again and here is the paperwork sitting in a folder and of course the trailer was unregistered. I would never recommend nor encourage anybody to deal with this business as you will only receive unprofessional service and abuse. There are many other trailer places out there and I would strongly advise going to one of them. In addition to the trailer being unregistered the spare tyre that was to be included had been left off and we had to arrange for someone to pick that up for us and the bolt that was supplied for the spare tyre anchor point was not long enough so we had to source another one.

I have bought trailers from Austrailers for many years have never had a problem with their product or service, I have found that they are always busy and accommodate my questions and get back to me as soon as they can.Tony.

Overall quality of the build is great, happy with the outcome for a reasonable price.Was easy to order but very difficult to deal with over the phone with some guy that seemed to be the only one who answered every single week, and extremely rude, made me very frustrated at times.Also saying estimated 4 weeks build, then after ordering told 6 weeks which is fine, but then taking over 8 weeks, adding to the frustration.

Brought a set of their LED complete wiring kits, supplied me with no receipt, had them installed and they dont work then when i asked to have the replaced i get sworn at and told i talk to much. Dont trust them.

Extremely terrible customer service. We came to the yard to visit some trailers, was not greeted on arrival at all by anyone. When approaching the salesman he was so rude. Offered a price on a trailer and asked if he could inc rego. Salesman told us to get lost and go buy elsewhere. Was not friendly at all. Kept asking for cash too. Was a nice looking trailer we really wanted to buy but we couldn't proceed with the sale due to how disrespectful the salesman was. Do not recommend.

Made numerous phone calls and sent messages regarding confirming a vin number but no replies even though you get email confirmation.Go on thier site and leave messages but no reply. Terrible PR.RUDE B ON PHONE NEEDS PR LESSONS. NO ONE TO TALK TO.
