I rang their call centre and spoke to an agent called Nick James. After speaking to him, I really had to let everyone know how professional and fantastic he was to deal with. You don’t often get anyone so helpful, friendly and willing to answer all your questions as well as go above and beyond your expectations. I will also email the company because these days, service like this is rare. If you are looking at putting up a shed or garage, ask for Nick James and you will get more information than you need. I wanted a quote and after speaking to Nick, I’m now quite satisfied on exactly what I want and know what to expect when I get it installed. They pretty much already have my business because of Nick. Wide Span Sheds…. Do not let that one go, he is awesome!!!

The only thing I would have liked was to have been able to meet with the agent. I got the feeling that he was reticent to do so.
