I went to buy a watch here and the person there (owner?) was so very helpful without being pushy like some sales people are. Rather, he offered useful information and left me to make my own decision. He even gave me a free replacement band because the original one wasn’t working for me. A few days later, I brought my husband here too who found a nice new watch and who also appreciated the very good customer service. - Update: I have changed the rating to 1 because both watches we purchased here stopped working. We brought one of them in that was still under warranty, they replaced the battery but the watch still kept stopping randomly, as well as losing time. They even kept the watch for weeks testing it and claimed it was in good working order. But the watch stopped again. We will never buy watches here again. Too expensive and not good quality.

I got my engagement ring resized here and they did such a great job. The communication was great from the staff and it was a quick process. I’d definitely recommend this jeweller for resizing rings!!
