I recently purchased a coffee machine and couldn't be happier. Amanda helped with me with patience, knowledge and honesty. These were some of the reasons why I left with a Breville the barista express impress coffee machine including Amanda going above and beyond.Also Jessica, who I spoke with for a short time gave me sound information on how to create the perfect espresso which I appreciated.Thanks Amanda and Jessica for your help, Harvey Norman Penrith is lucky to have you representing them.

The sales team can be misleading just to get a sale! I have had to return electric appliances because I've been misleading! unfortunately with electrical goods at Harvey Norman I will not parchersing any electrical appliances from hear!Happy to buy other thigs from Harvey Norman.

If it wasn't for Nash in bedding I would have gone elsewhere. No one else bothered to sort it out. Dropped 15k and no one called for over a week for delivery dates. Only to be told will be 3 months. Thank you Nash. You saved everyone else from loosing the sale.

I normally don’t go to this store only at the close suburbs where I live. It happened that the store is only 5 mins drive from my previous appointment and decided to look for the device I’m thinking of buying. Thank you to Peter who assisted and helped that day and got my drone finally! Great customer service.

Aaron from the tech department is fantastic, I highly recommend him for all your tech needs. He picked out the perfect laptop which suited all my spec needs, matched my price range (ish) and gave me an excellent deal. He also did all of this in a efficient and timely manner - I was rushing (running late).@ Management: he needs a raise.

On Saturday my partner and I went to look at fridges , A man Shane helped us and we were in and out with in minutes after purchasing a brand new fridge and organising delivery ! He was super helpful and the whole process was fast!This morning it was delivered and it’s so nice and spacious! The delivery man were both so nice and respectful and even helped me clear everything out from the old fridge because they new I was pregnant ! The service we received from Shane and the delivery men was above and beyond we are so happy Thankyou !

A big thank you to the team at Bathrooms @ Harvey Norman Homemaker Centre Penrith (under new management)..Four years ago we purchased all our bathroom parts, items and tiles from them for a major bathroom and laundry renovations..Recently I contacted them for certain bathroom parts and items that needed to be exchanged and replaced. With no fuss, they rang the companies involved and replaced our faulty parts big and small..All done very quickly and efficiently..We'll certainly come back..

Bought the Belle dining table, entertainment unit and coffee table from this store, all 3 products have damage within 2 months of use even though we followed direction and yet they have blamed us using the product as directed as the cause of damage. I have had fantastic furniture cheap table last me more than 6 years even with treating it poorly. Claim will be submitted to fair trading to have the matter reviewed.
