As a property manager we find many trades come and go from our books. Ultimate appliance wont be going anywhere anytime soon due to great work and excellent service. Not only does our office The Hopkins Group speak highly of them, so do our tenants who have had contact with their team. I have received many emails from my tenants simply stating how professional and delightful the whole company is to deal with, this for any property manager dealing with trades is so refreshing as you can imagine how often we need to issue work orders. Highly recommend for repairs and replacements for any of your appliances.

I recently had a fault under warranty with my Miele washing machine (<1year old) 3 days after coming home from hospital with my first baby. Miele couldn't send out a technician until 9/12 and suggested I try Ultimate Appliances. The 2 technicians from Ultimate were INCREDIBLE. They understood my distress at having a washing machine full of washing and a newborn baby and rearranged their appointments the following day to attend and fix the machine. I am so grateful to them! They were personable, professional and compassionate and after the very lengthy and stressful phone call I had to Miele I wouldn't hesitate to bypass Miele altogether and go straight to this business for any future appliance needs. I had my dishwasher repaired today by Ultimate Appliances. The door spring failed just before xmas. The team at Ultimate Appliances were great, from the first contact through to the communications which continued between xmas and New Year through to the repair itself. They turned up on time and came in fully masked in these COVID times. I can highly recommend their service.

Left his laptop at my place...I returned it to their office.Then told Bosch I had pulled the dishwasher apart and left the motor bolts loose. I did not--- that is why I called them to find the problem.He did not even remove the appliance out of the bench to see the motor.Bosch now sending their own technician.

Six stars ! Highly recommended. Neil accepted our job and came over very late on a Friday afternoon and had our dishwasher going again in less than an hour, which saved our weekend. Great service. Really nice fella. All good.

If you work Monday to Friday dont bother calling them. The only work until 3:30pm and are not flexiable.they are not open until 5. the last job they attend is at 3:30pm, l asked for a 4pm appointment and l was advised that this was not possible and you do not work weekends. this does not accommodate working clients
