Inappropriate treatment by another company gave us a green and murky pool which looked like a pond. We were in despair because our pool didn't improve at all after multiple services over 3 weeks.Instead, we decided to try Amethyst pool services to rescue our green pool. Fantastic family run company who take a lot of pride in their work which is rare these days. Thomas came promptly after an urgent call and now our pool is clear and clear after 3 days. He is a highly experienced pool expert who can get your pool sparkling. Erica is superb in her communication and advice. She followed up regularly via texts. Just an indication of the sense of responsibility they have towards their customers.We found them both genuinely nice people who can deliver without over promising. Another happy customer! Really first class service. Solved our pump problem quickly and efficiently and then charged us surprisingly little for a great job at short notice. I would highly recommend Thomas and Erika.

Really helpful and easy to deal with
