Very disappointed, my husband and I have been living in this town for a few years now, my husband went to the pub with work mates and was refused service because he didn’t have his ID. No one else was asked to for proof of age just him. Cleary by looking at him you can tell he is well over the legal age, her excuse for not serving is dimly because “ I don’t know you” if your so big on rules and regulations you should be asking everyone for ID and not just the men you don’t know. Extremely disappointed.

I cannot speak for the motel rooms themselves but the pub had excellent meals, quality service and the staff were great.

Surprised with the best Scotch Fillet and pepper sauce I've ever had in my life, friendly staff and a great country pub. 5/5!

As a family of 5 driving back from WA to NSW we rocked up without a booking a week ago and were given 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms although basic were very clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the pub and the service and meals were excellent. Some of the locals were classic characters and very friendly. This is a remote location and in these places staff are often transient and service can be hit or miss but we could not fault the room, meals or service we received. You could tell that the proprietors actually make an effort which is not always the case with these remote towns. As a basic accommodation and dinner stopover would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible we have more than 10 workers in town we were lead to believe the kitchen will be open for dinner for the boys after work as everything else is shut ,and they have had kitchen shut majority of the week and the man that runs the pub is rude usless and disgraceful service ,so instead we go hungry for the 15 days we have to work in this town ,the place needs knocking down with the owner shame on u!!!!!so instead I have to eat porridge for dinner after a hard days work cheers mate.

Very basic rooms, no air conditioning, elect. heater only, tea and coffee suplied but no milk, fridge very noisy, blinds on window not very private and Windows rattle.On the plus side, the food in the bar was very good!

Upon arrival to the pub I didn’t feel welcomed. The bar lady was very rude, I haven’t met someone before so rude! Felt like she was really unhappy that I was spending money in her pub. Would never recommend to anyone.

Great hotel, older style but clean, comfortable and reasonably price. Friendly helpful staff. Left my reading glasses in the room and the publican posted them to me in Perth without any hesitation. Greatly appreciated. Many thanks. I Will Be back!

Sadly, quite a run down looking building, both inside and out. Staff were wonderful and beers were cold. It was good sized pub meal at reasonable prices.
