Great service from Mitch at First Steps Safe Steps. Was easy to deal with & house was baby proofed in no time. They set up everything that I needed & even provided an additional safety pack with useful info on burns, cpr, safety in the house etc.. The baby gates are great quality & it’s good to know they’ve been properly secured to the walls. Would definitely recommend using First Steps to any family wanting to make sure their house is safe & secure for their little one.

First steps safe steps was lovely to deal with in the lead up to installing our Perspex and baby gate! Everything was done so quickly and efficiently and the Perspex looks great around the stair well. Mitch and Josh were both great! Would absolutely recommend first steps safe steps to baby proof your home!

Thank you Mitch & First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing!I highly reccomend First Steps services.They were fast to respond to our enquiry and come out for a quote.Mitch is great to deal with and gave excellent advice.Installation was prompt and the quality of baby gates which double for us as dog gates is excellent. He had access to the products I wanted but cant buy from baby stores or hardware stores.5 star service and product and would give 6 stars if I could.

Mitch was extremely knowledgeable and pragmatic with his recommendations. After install I feel like our home is now baby safe but the space hasn’t been taken over by baby proofing materials. What seemed like a burden of a task was probably the easiest step since becoming a parent due to the services of First Step Safe Step. Highly recommend!

Had such a great experience with these guys from the moment we booked until they had completed the on the spot installation. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable and left our place spotless afterwards. We are so grateful that they have made our entire unit a much safer space for our bub to explore as this was making us very anxious now that our baby is on the move. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them when we move into our house
