I was unsure what to buy. The lady behind the counter was wonderful, and helpful and supportive of what I should eat with my allergies.There was plenty of food and customer service is wonderful. Offer five stars this establishment.

I drive from Deeragun for their fish and chips , the fish is always fresh local Mackerel and the chips are cooked well , I've enjoyed the few seafood baskets from there also .

Best fish and chips in Townsville, all the staff are brilliant and kind, the customer service is excellent. Their food is the best and at a very reasonable price, I won't go anywhere else and will be eating here for years to come

Very good. Well priced and only takes about 10mins once ordered.Staff are friendly and food is fresh and tasted. Crumbed prawns are awesome.Have been coming here for 3 years and always have a good experience.

Beware! This place serves the biggest servings of chips you will ever see in your life. Bravo by the way. Half a serve is enough for 4 people, I would think. Highly recommended. The crumbed mackerel is always a lovely, large piece of fresh fish.

I had horrible experience of there, I waited about 50min to get my order, the people come later than me all got their food before than me, in the end I got wrong food.The owner said don't come on Friday because they're busy, And if you don't fluent with English, they don't have time to listen your explanation (trying to say batter). You should got what they gave to you. I spent $50 didn't eat anything.I felt next time I will be scared to support locals.

Exceptional.. I've been to about 8 other fish & chip stores in Townsville, and these guys have have it right. Generous serves, well cooked and the right batter and clean oil.They have everything you could expect on the menu along with a variety of freshly made salads.. and for only $5.00. Bargain. Other shops sell salads for $8 or more with far less ingredients..The service is always friendly and minimal wait (cooking) times..Oh, their burger with the lot is incredible!!
