Unfortunately 1 bad experience with the manager has affected all the effort that the other staff have made to make good experiences for customers. Manager is rude and unhelpful and due to this, Pizza Hut Capalaba will no longer be on our list of local restaurants to support.

Accidentally placed an online order to this store. I called immediately to cancel and no one answered. I called immediately after and I got hung up on! I called a third time and asked to cancel - they said they would ring me back. NEVER heard from them. Have filed multiple complaints online and over email and have not heard back a single word regarding the refund I would have received if they had answered the phone the first 2 times or rang me back!! Doesn’t Pizza Hut headquarters see the complaints for this store? Don’t the owners or staff feel embarrassed to see these complaints?

Pizza delivery was late, there system shows delivered even though it was not delivered. Delivered pizza was lukewarm only and we had to reheat in oven agan, exactly same thing happened on previous order. Sorry will never order from Capalaba store ever again, we are not after free pizza or refund.

Not great. Third time chance and I won’t be back. Chicken pizza and couldn’t find the chicken. Ham and pineapple doesn’t even have ham on half the pizza slices.Last time burnt. Time before the pizza was too bad to explain in words.Read the reviews people - not a great Pizza Hut outlet.

So sad, I used to love Pizza Hut but I have now had 3 bad experiences in a row. 1st pizza was raw! 2nd they didn’t have what I ordered so just gave me something I’m allergic to instead. 3rd again didn’t have what I ordered, but called me, I turned up to pick up my food on time and they hadn’t even started cooking it and forgot my sauce. Won’t be back, you’ve had enough chances.

Everything was going well until I opened the box and couldn’t distinguish which pizza was which as there was hardly any toppings on them. $45 for dough???

They say large Pizza but it looked so small. They claim it to be 28 cm but it was only 26 cm diameter. Misleading information on the website. Small Size, Less toppings, Bland Pizza. Waste of money.
