We had a bad experience with staff in the call centre which resulted in a major disruption to our business line. After multiple calls to the call centre staff and hours wasted, I turned up at the shop in kippa ring on one day without a booking and on the next day 10 minutes past closing time and was assisted on both occasions without any hesitation. Both Aimee and Lachlan were very friendly and fixed the issues within about 10 minutes. Can’t thank these guys enough. Faultless customer service by this store!

Bede the store manager was so rude. He told me they would call me when they had an available operator and when I said oh no problem, I'll wait. He told me I couldn't wait in the store, I had to leave. When I asked why he had no reason,just that he didn't want me in the store and when I said, no worries, I'll wait outside the store, he told me I couldn't wait outside either. When I asked why he said because he didn't want me to. I was appalled at the way I was treated. When I rang Telstra complaints, they said they couldn't help me and that I had to complain in store. What a joke!! Stay clear of kippering Telstra.

I went in to the shop never had an appointment just waited 15 minutes was seen by a lovely young lady Borka who fixed me up a mobile wifi dongle and also set up my monthly account for payment to come out of.This was the first time I have been in the Telstra Shop at Kippa Ring as I have never had to purchase anything and normally my Grad Children can show me anything is I have problems with my phone but I was very satisfied with my experience with Borka 10 out of 10 from me

Very disgusted in how my partner and I were treated by the lady standing at the front she was very rude for no reason at all didn’t help us what so ever. Will never go there again!

Found the staff to be very sterile and corporate. Not customer friendly.I was in store with a minor problem, told that the next appointment was in an hour. When running a business, time is critical, I was only made aware of appointments on the day.Called customer service, issue fixed in 4 minutes. Will not be back to this store.

The staff were very condescending, opinionated and just overall rude to myself and my client.I took my elderly client in to help her change all her stuff over from her old iphone to her new iphone. The two men who assisted at first were “Samsung” users and were outwardly expressing how “bad” iPhones are. They were blaming all the issues on the fact it was an apple product and that the “servers were slow” whereas it was simply because they didn’t know what they were doing. It’s ok to have preferences but you don’t need to put that on an elderly customer who has already bought a new iPhone and has used apple products for as long as she’s had a mobile phone. I am an iPhone user myself so was giving suggestions on what to do but they were not listening to me and continuing to blame it on the fact it was an apple product. My client brought all her passwords for her phone, Apple ID etc written on a piece of paper and was occasionally getting confused as to what password the staff were requesting from her. Due to this occasional confusion, one of the staff was talking to me about my client very rudely saying things like “if she can’t remember her passwords, then how will she remember her security questions”. My client was sitting right there and could hear ever word he said. Just to make it clear, my client does not have dementia or any memory problems at all and is completely mentally capable of normal things.Moving forward, i recommend if someone with an iPhone needs assistance that an iPhone user can help them and not an opinionated and condescending staff member who just so happens to be anti-apple product type of person. Again, you can have your opinions but you don’t have to outwardly express it on people who just want some help.
