Freezer snd fridge lost temperature. Left a message and Joe got back to me very quickly, came out the same day, diagnosed the issue as needing re-gassing and didn’t charge me for the call out. Very generous.

Joe was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was prompt to attend my repair and very polite. His honesty was appreciated and the problem was solved in less than 30 mins. I had gone through the warranty repair company recommended for my dishwasher however they were taking weeks to get back to me. Joe fixed the problem with no need for any parts to be ordered. I wish I had contacted Joe first. I would not hesitate to recommend his services and I know he would be the first person I would call, should another appliance require a repair. 5 stars!!

Joe solved the issue with my fridge and got it cooling again for a few days to get me out of trouble until the replacement part arrived, which he promptly fitted. Great bloke with honest pricing and honours his arrival time commitments. I'll use him again (hopefully not, though)

Called Joe in the days before Christmas to fix a refrigerator problem (it had stopped working). Joe arrived as agreed later that afternoon, and after diagnosing that problem we discussed another problem we had with our oven door. He said he would order the necessary parts. Returned 2 days later with fridge parts after not being able to obtain the parts locally and having to arrange their special delivery from outside the area. The oven parts had to be obtained from Melbourne and he was not able to complete that work until the first week of the New Year.We found Joe to be very friendly, polite, honest and professional. He charged the one service call to cover his 3 visits. I would recommend his services to all in need. 5 stars.

Joe is a very professional and honest tradesmen which is a rare find these days. His mannerism is very polite and friendly, responsiveness to respond is very timely and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with.My wife and I have used Elite Appliance services on many appliances over the years like washing machine, dishwasher and oven and I wouldn't use anyone else but Joe.
