Lovely friendly staff, the Doctors know their stuff! The technology and advice is top quality. Highly recommended, if you feel your hearing is not normal, don't wait, go early.

So helpful, diagnosed a problem doctors at Tristar had no idea about. Very friendly and efficient. Sets a new benchmark which all medical practitioners should strive for.

First time i went there alot of rude people i have ever been to. Do you thing someone walks in there with a problem and feels embarrassed to go in there and gets looked down upon. To the rude receptionist should just go and retire if you cant do your job. Will i go back no would i recommend someone to go there NO

I needed to contact their office to arrange for an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist appointment.I called them and confirmed they had received my referral. I spoke to a woman who was apparently sucking the life out of a lozenge. We will call her lozenge lady. After going back and forth confirming my first and last name 3 times, it was done.I made an appointment for early September of 2022.A few days later I received a call from Lozenge Lady. She asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I explained I had one, to which she asked my name. Again we went back and forth to tell her, and spell my name. Lozenges a plenty throughout.A couple of days before my appointment, I called to confirm and was greeted by another lozenge. Lozenge Lady advised she had called me yesterday, (she had not), to reschedule the appointment for the following week. Again the names, 3 ti9imes because even though she works at Country Hearing, she has not hyet utilised the service.Following my appointment which I was able to attend, 3 days later I got another call filled with the sucking sounds of Lozenges, asking if the appointment coming up would suit me. Back and forth for a fourth time with my name, only to identify I did not have nor need an appointment, but again Lozenge Lady had made an administrative error.If you call them and hear a distinct sucking noise, ask for a different receptionist.

Well the staff are always happy and love to have laughing before getting down to giving you your checkup and any adjustments to your aids then send you of in a good frame of mind great place regards George

Maddie was a delight to work with. Very gentle, answers every question. Realises people might have difficulty adapting or understanding the conversation in the appointments and makes allowances. She treats people with respect. Staff at the front counter always welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Nice to not be rushed and glad theyre allowed to open in Covid. Made a world of difference to have the help with the hearing aids. Theyre always available to help and they do a great job at it

Great service, got a newborn check, ladies were only too helpful with anything we needed.

Not helpful, zero customers and told us to come back cause they were booked out. Very bad customer interaction and service.

Happy with the services and friendly staff.clean inside and outside of the office.
