The male staff member that opened the stocklands happytel shop this morning 15/06/2022 was very Rude, kept myself and another customer waiting from 9:00 am until 9:10 before he even started serving me, he couldn’t log into the bookings and I politely remarked that it was all getting too hard, I’ll come back later, As I walked away, he remarked in a sarcastic tone“Whatever”For this reason, I won’t be back to this shopVery bad for your business

Took a cheap model Samsung in to try and get the screen replaced thinking no one would ever have the parts to do it but they did. Had it done in half an hour and can't fault the job. They tested it before and after and gave me a free wireless car charger. Very, very, very happy.

I went in for a microphone issue and was suggested for a cleaning for fix. I did it but it was not really fixed or “cleaned”. How do I know? Cuz the next day I went to casphone, told them the same issue. And they cleaned it for me and found the residue in the microphone. And it’s fixed. Thank you casphone. I recommend paying a visit there instead. As they appear to be more professional and responsible according to my experience.

Love their work when they installed the screen protector very good

Hey guys,I went in to get my first free screen protector replace due to purchasing the (silicon protect bundle come with a $250 towards a damaged screen if i register and as many silicon screen protective as I needed if I show the receipt as I was told by the sales person at the store)I got to the stall and was greeted fairly and asked if I can get my protective screen replaced and told them what I have purchased about 3 mouths. So they asked me if I registered and I said no cause if my screen ever got damaged I would get a new phone and I got told I can’t get any screen protectors cause I have not register and the receipt profs nothing. So I told themYou guys said I only have to register for the $250 and not the free screen protectors i only had to show the receipt. After that there was no help from any of the three workers there at that time. I asked them what now and they said we can’t do anything. They didn't want to help me, didn’t look into it or at my receipt.

Do not recommend using this company to repair phone. Took the phone in for repair of back screen. They broke the front screen trying to get the screens apart (which can happen). Didn’t replace all screws and have had nothing but problems with the phone ever since. They take no responsibility for the extra damage. .Their words “we didn’t have to replace the front screen. You should be glad we did and didn’t charge you”. Wasted $303.

Can't praise the service here enough. I went to exchange my screen protector as I had initially bought the wrong size. Carol not only exchanged the opened product free of charge but cleaned the screen and personally fitted the new screen protector on my phone. The people who served me were polite, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommend this place.

Sahra is the best! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she took the time to help us work through a rather tricky task. Go see her for sure if you need anything to do with phones!

Very kind and nice approach with customers. My phone wasn't recharging anymore and she fixed the problem in 5 minutes without charging me. Just fluffy stuck in the USB port. Thanks a lot

Highly recommend these guys. I'm a regular customer here and they have never let me down, great quality products and awesome service.Had a bad experience with another company resulting in damages to my phone which they wouldn't repair. Went back to Happytel to see if it was possible to fix and they went above and beyond what I had asked. Thanks guys! :)If you want quality and good service this is the place to go.
