Recently got fitted by Mitch at the Running Company Albert park with some Altra Olympus 5's. Shoes are extremely comfy and service was spot on. Mitch had me on the treadmill to gauge my running set up which was great.Would recommend anyone who is indeed of some new running shoes.Thanks again!

I went to this store after having a bad experience at the Athlete’s foot. The service and the overall customer experience at The Running company was exceptional. Chelsea helped my husband and I find the perfect running shoes. I can’t thank her enough. We are extremely happy with the purchase. I am posting this review after a few months of my purchase as I wanted to see how my shoes were after covering some decent miles. I am extremely happy and I can’t imagine how it would have been if I had not gone to their store and got the right shoes. Well done Chelsea. I can’t wait to be back again and get more shoes.

Mitch and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my favourite pair of runners from them! They fit me perfectly and are the most comfortable shoes I own. They have heaps of options/styles to choose from, which I also appreciated.

This store is really something else. It's funky, minimal and a bit of a showcase. Service is streamline and I felt completely at ease and in expert hands. I'm in love with my new shoes and can't wait to get my hands on them. I'm hoping to pick them up early next. The whole experience was top notch. We all love to feel important and pampered I felt both. I know where to go now when I need a fitting for new shoes. Divine....

I never post reviews but went in yesterday for a pair of running shoes. For someone just getting back into running, Mitch was very helpful in not only shoe selection, but gave great general running advice as well. 10/10 would recommend

Best shoe shop ever.The store is clean and neat, they have a good range and if they don't have it they will order it.Every staff member was welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable with their primary focus being to provide you the shoe you needed, not the sale.In my case, the staff member could have easily encouraged me to take the pair I was wearing as opposed to going the extra mile and ordering the appropriate pair.I have never experienced this in a shoe shop let alone most any retail outlet.If you're looking for a pair of shoes for running or anything in the athletic stream, look no further.

Mitch is great guy with in-depth knowledge of choosing the right shoe for me. I had been given wrong advices from other running shoe shops and even the podiatrist. Mitch spot the wrong type of shoes I had the moment I walked into the shop. After the gait analysis, Mitch suggested a few shoes and helped me to find the right fit. Great service, great personalit. As an Osteopath and practitioner that works with runners and athletes all the time, I cannot have more faith in Mitch and the team here. They are industry leading. The level of knowledge, thorough assessment and fit process couldn’t be better. An in-depth process that has you leaving in a pair of shoes that will support your foot, leg and body for all future runs. I cannot recommend these guys high enough.

This is a really solid operation. It's been so long since I got myself a new pair of runners the ASICS I brought in were considered to be vintage. Super friendly and knowledgeable team assisted by Mitch and Chelsea. I'd say this is more than just a retail store its an experience - was provided with plenty of options - loved the treadmill to analyse my running style and needs. I'll be back and would certainly recommend you guys to my mates and family. Thanks again for getting me into my new set of wheels - I feel like i'm running on clouds.
