CONGRATULATIONS AFTER ORIGINAL STUFF UP ALL CORRECTED WITHIN 4 DAYS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE IN THE FINISH THANKS Disastrous. Paid $300 for downlights cannot get confirmation if or when will be delivered. Sent e-mails not answered . Left phone message no luck Tradesmen job in limbo so frustrating'Box' of lights arrived 8th December 2016 NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED. WRONG BRAND TRANSFORMERS MISSING OH WHAT A DISASTERA FRUSTRATING HEAD BANGING EXPERIENCE ...MORE EXPENSE BUYING DOWNLIGHTS TO ENABLE COMPLETION OF JOB

Prices are great, communication poor, emails not answered, no delivery advice or transaction confirmation at all, (but possibly it was due to the christmas break),delivery missing parts ordered.

The man here is very bad for business.He is rude, unhelpful and has no idea what he is talking about.I give one star only because the woman is a nice lady and I have dealt with her.I won’t be coming here ever again.
