Thomas Paul Constructions

I would recommend you be careful having them build a house. I have just commenced a bathroom Reno on a house built by them only eight years ago. I now need to replace the studs as they have rotten as the bathroom clearly wasn’t waterproofed properly. Their build quality is quite poor. Would recommend you steer clear to save issues down the track.

I bought a home from this builder that was built in 2011. The quality is shocking and I would assume it was 20-30 years older due to the gross fixtures, and the fact that the home is essentially made of the poorest possible products. 0/10000 would never recommend. My. Neighbours also have homes from this builder and and they’re of the same opinion. Dodgey and full of defects.

Our house in Fletcher was built by Thomas Paul Constructions in Jan 2014. It's a fairly new house but whenever it rains the water comes in the garage & damages the contents. The company is denying it's construction fault & feels it's ok for the water to come in the garage as it is inhabitable place. The matter was taken to Fair Trading & I was advised by the officer that they will come & fix the issue but no response yet from the company. Very poor construction & very unprofessional company.

They were 4 months past the contract date. No communication from the company. We tried contacting many times for a valid reason but constantly brushed off. 4 month delay due to rain is a lie. Customer service disgusting as I was asked by a senior staff member “You got your house now what are you worried about?” We are substantially out of pocket due to lost rent. I certainly would not recommend them.

Shout out to Simone who has been fantastic in assisting us with little bits and pieces many years after purchasing off the plan with Thomas Paul Constructions. Nothing was too much for Simone in our requests.And yes we did purchase a townhouse through Thomas Paul Constructions and have had no issues with the 5+ year product which has represented great value for money. Thank you!

Bought a house and land package from Thomas Paul and have been blown away with the service. The workmanship is second to none. I would build again with this company.

We embarked on a new construction at the end of 2020 and completed within the time frames provided.The team at TPC were always very responsive and Bruce C and Di would always call me back if they were busy and respond to all my emails in due course.We had some issues which was caused water into the roof which was due to a cracked tile and TPC sent out their people to resolve the issue.Yes, they might take a while to action due to covid-19 and floods etc, however, they do attend once its feasible. A problem everyone is facing.Good value, responsive with emails and returning calls, professional during the whole build process and even after the build.We are now waiting for land registration to start building a family home later this year.Thank you TPC !!

My husband and I are very happy with our house,the builders and the maintenance staff were excellent, They were very professional, a very good quality home , office staff excellent with communication ,and a big thank you to Nick who assisted us , over all ,ten out of ten . Bought a 7 year old Thomas Paul home 2 years ago which we currently live in. Tremendous amount of poor workmanship found during minor renovations which prove to still be ongoing issues. Ceilings have sag and large amounts of nail pops due to poor quality glue used, main support truss in living room dropped approximately an inch causing cracks and bulging ceiling in living and our sons bedroom, no fall in tiles for drainage in shower causing staining and mould if not cleaned after every use, all sets on drywall joins clearly visable, garage ceiling showed every screw. Unless the company guarantees these things I would stay well clear of them. Various houses in our estate were built by this company and all, not some but all have the exact same issues as ours.Not only this but I called over 5 months ago to investigate an issue and never heard back from them after saying they would look into it.I would not build with them if you are a property proud person. You will forever be finding issues.

Plumbing not done correctly before slab is poured, now that house is finished the toilet doesn't line up. Poor build. Not their problem in their words that is how it is. Not professional on the phone or in their maintance. Quiet happy to leave their errors to effect the tenants.
