I had Sarah from Life and Lens Photography take maternity photos and family photos during my pregnancy. I was so pleased with her work I also opted to for Birth Photography.To say Sarah captures the moment is an understatement. Her images are such high quality Sarah has the ability to bring you right back to that moment and feel the raw and unfiltered emotions as if you were right back in your birthing space while you’re looking through the images.Her service is invaluable, I refused images to be taken of the whole process with my first daughter 5 years ago due to shame and modesty of my body. I was showing my 5 year old photos of her brothers birth when she asked to see her own. This broke my heart to think I was ashamed of the most natural and beautiful time of a women’s life, which was her birth.This time around Having these photos didn’t just provide memories of this beautiful time it also allowed me to embrace and love my body for the amazing little miracles it has produced 2 times over - instead of loathing my body because it had changed. I also discovered how much I regret not having photos of my daughters birth - to be able to show her her entrance to the world and to teacher her to love her natural ability of her own body. Sarah’s service didn’t just capture memories for me, it helped transform me into a better mother with more self love, having seen images of my body’s natural ability to bring life into the world.Thank you Sarah, your service has bought more to my life than you’ll ever know ❤️

Had a wonderful afternoon with Sarah for maternity photos. She's not only got a beautiful eye and an aptitude for capturing in-between moments, beautiful light and emotion but also a lovely and genuine heart - which is evidenced in the details of her photos. I enjoyed how relaxed the experience was. It didn't feel forced or contrived, and the result was beautiful and natural looking photos that have captured a special moment in our lives.
