This feedback is based on my experienced in my first purchased. Please note that I ordered twice already on the website.I found the website easy to navigate and there are so much to choose from however when I checkout there's not much options for payment, because I don't have cc I opt for bank transfer. I sent the payment at the same day, sent a receipt in their email address but no confirmation saying they received my payment. I only received one email after I ordered.The delivery is quite confusing I thought I chose the post office but then it was the toll courier.After 2 days, I checked the website and it says closed, it was so confusing I haven't received any tracking number where I can track my order.I purchased my second order and chose post office but I still don't receive any tracking number.I find the delivery a bit slow, I purchased something from Melbourne and it arrives pretty quickly.I thought the delivery would be faster as I live in Sydney metro.I'm still going to purchase here as there's a lot to choose from.

First of all, I don’t post reviews on a product unless I’m completely blown away by it, and that’s the case with the Unscented fast drying roll-on deodorant from New Directions.I had been looking for a deodorant that eliminates odour without leaving any white residue, and this one checks all the boxes, and what’s more, it moisturises the underarms too!After a busy day of running around after 2 kids under 5, I still feel fresh and NO ODOUR!After a long workout with heavy sweating, NO ODOUR!Amazing product. It’s only $10, but I’d gladly pay more for the wonders it does. Thank you New Directions.PS I visited the Marrickville store and received amazing customer service that was beyond my expectations. Recently placed my first order with new directions. Even with the covid situation as it is with lockdowns and rapid spread my order was sent efficiently. Being in WA am used to needing to wait awhile! Postage was quick. All products were well packed and protected. Will definitely be ordering again from here.
