This is a gorgeous store with lots of unique homewares. The staff are warm and welcoming. And their Instagram page has lots of ideas on how to style their products which I enjoy.

Great customer service. I bought 4 cabinet handles a few months ago and one was faulty. Only noticed recently. They shipped a new one out to me the day of my email and I received it within a week. Really impressed with how lovely and efficient the service was. I will certainly be shopping here again.

My wife and I are part of a small Owners Corporation that oversees a 5 owner prestige apartment block in Toorak. We decided to invest a significant amount in repainting and refurbishing this property, inside and out. After some initial confusion and frustration about receiving independent advice re the various colour choices, a friend of ours who is a director at Marshall White Real Estate, recommended Natalie Wheeler of Norsu Interiors. Despite the short timeline before painting was due to commence Natalie was exceptionally responsive and took the time and trouble to visit our property and address the various concerns of each owner. She came back with a suggested colour palette that was simply extraordinary. She managed to convince a disparate group of owners that her colour recommendations were the optimum for this property and received unanimous approval. We simply could not be more impressed with Natalie's professionalism, charm and exquisite taste in colours. Her advice will add significant resale value to each of our apartments and the lasting impression of the building overall.

Have ordered the soren lamp from them through my interior designer recommended , product is just gorgeous!!! Actually we have 3 lamps and 1 floor lamp from Norsu. Love it very much. After six months my son accidentally broke the frosted glass lamp shade, I contacted them and they are very helpful to contact the supplier. My new lamp shade arrived the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you Annette and the team at Norsu. Will definitely be looking for the new products again.

A great selection of homewares that are perfect for gifts. The Norsu store is a styling inspiration to walk through. Their styling tips and content is so helpful! Will definitely be back.

Everyone I spoke to over the phone at Norsu were so friendly and helpful. Very happy with my new furniture I purchased online.

A nice candle shop however I’m unsure about their customer service. Typically a store will let you know if your order is going to be delayed without you having to reach out and will offer express post once the shipment does arrive, however this isn’t the case with Norsu.I am finding the brands they stock are on increasingly more online stores which have better shipping deals.

Fantastic customer. I purchased some bedside tables that arrived damaged twice when shipped Melbourne to Sydney (damage by the courier, not the fault of Norsu). The team was so quick to respond each time and made my replacements a priority.

Ordered some gorgeous brushed brass knobs in different sizes for our entry (to hang bags & clothes). There was a tiny issue with one but Trace from the customer service team had it all sorted in no time at all!Beautiful product (they look stunning) and great customer service. :). Big thank you to Trace for such wonderful service and for having it all resolved so fast!
