I took delivery of my EU2.2i after puchasing a boxing day package after a mix up with the delivery address which was sorted very quickly and was treated with a bonus mat as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.I am very happy with the service and the generator is fantastic and does everything they clam it will do with a very fuel efficient and quiet operation you do get what you pay for and I highly recomend the product and the proffesional service

Can only rate this high as a result of exemplary service. When i rang to enquire my local business was unable to answer and i was put through to the answering service. The lady was really helpful and said that i would receive a call back soon. Heard that before! Well i was stunned to receive a call a couple of hours later from a gentleman who apologised for the initial unavailability. He then discussed with me my requirements and told me how long the wait would be along with other information. Wow! This mind you on a Saturday morning. I decided then and there to place my order. Why? Because the man who called me was the boss. Michael you went way above what is expected. That is service. To top it all off my generator arrived earlier than predicted. It has already been used. I will continue to recommend The Generator Place. Thank you.
