Do not buy from this place there furniture is overprice and the quality is garbage friends of mine brought bed set and it came damaged and the wood it poor quality i wouldnt buy from these guys

I purchased a chair and assembled it to find that one leg was short. I contacted them and asked for a replacement for the faulty chair. They offered to replace it with one from the display at the Ferntree Gully store. I refused to accept a second hand one as I paid for a brand new chair. They then suggested that I pack up the faulty chair in a box which the original box I don’t have any more. They then suggested that I pack it up in plastic and take a photo and send it to them. For one month I have been waiting for the faulty chair to be replaced. They have been stalling the replacement process, asking me to pick up a plastic cover from the Ferntree Gully store. Not process at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I went in on a weekday, the young girl gave me a price & I said I'd be in on the weekend to purchase the bed i was looking at. When I arrived on Saturday with people & a ute that i had organised, they then informed me that they didn't sell the furniture out of the store, and that needed to wait 5 days for it to be shipped from their warehouse. If I knew this info then I would have ordered it the week before, & then had to again organise help & a ute to avoid the delivery fee of $40 (we live less than 1km away). We then finally get it home & now there are no instructions & everything is flat packed! Bed was a good price & other furniture looks nice but poor info & no instructions is very frustrating.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!THEY DELIVERED FAULTY PRODUCT! My partner and I bought to sofas from this store and they are terrible quality within 48 hours we asked for a refund (in the terms and conditions you are allowed to request a return and refund within 7 days) we tried doing this directly through the store who sent us through to their email customer who for the past 3 weeks have been denying the right for a refund! This has gone through to VCAT they continually breach the law by denying the return of funds and pick up of poorly manufactured goods
