Exceptional customer service. I called and spoke to Matt about some mounting brackets I needed for a very old venetian blind. He didn’t have them but went above and beyond and offered to contact his supplier as a first thought then recalled that a local competitor specialised in custom parts and referred me to them. I was able to get what I needed and solve the problem. I appreciate the effort and care shown and I’ll definitely be contacting Matt again for a quote on some outside blinds in the near future.

Purchased a set of blinds for our outback veranda.Used existing posts as fixtures for tracks.Beautiful fit extremely happy how they look and at 50% could still view garden.Matt had an extremely tricky corner piece to finish the look and manufactured an extremely well fitting fill in product that complemented nicely.We were so pleased with the result we had another made of 99% blockout for the afternoon sun on our front porch.What a difference the air conditioning was instantly more efficient and effective.We didn’t stop there we had the equivalent blind in 4.4 metres wide made for master bedroom which has always been hot during summer, and here’s the triple whammy we not only got heat massively reduced we gained privacy with still a view out but also noise reduction from passing traffic .All in all a quality product at a true fair price.Do not hesitate to call you will be surprised and happy with cost and outcome.
