Highly Experienced and Professional Agent. Chris was very easy to deal with and gave great advice on what works best in the area we were selling. As our house was a bit unique, given size, ceiling heights, layout etc, Chris could see it had a higher potential than a lot of competing houses. This was a major factor in our decision to go with Harcourts as other agents seemed to work on a principle of what else had sold recently and adjusted our expectations to well below what we expected. With Chris, it was actually the other way around. He saw the potential and developed a marketing strategy to achieve a price better that what we thought we could achieve.He and his team were all very professional and helpful - special mention to Lauren as well here.Chris was quick to adapt if certain things weren't achieving results and always discussed with us what he thought would work best and why. He also took feedback well.In the end we had 2 competing bids and achieved a sale that was above our expectations and met our settlement date needs.He is definitely the most experienced Agent in the Mandurah area and especially for the North Yunderup area.
