Rivers has a good range of clothing in a great range of sizes. While they don't have the cheapest prices, they are competitive. The regular sales they have usually ensure you can find a bargain there too.

Bad customer service, the lady at the cashier, Leah, promised i can exchange the item as long as i kept the receipt but i tried to exchange the item she is saying its an NQ item cannot be exchanged. She was also asking me to look at her forehead and talk while I was trying to read the receipt. She got no respect for customers, no point in looking at her head, gray matter inside what matters. Obviously its a small store they cannot afford returning items, i had better options at wood grove shopping center, my bad luck i went there. The slipper strap had uneven holes- it looks like a used item.

Don't shop at this store. They refuse to refund your money, they insist on giving you an instore credit. The sales lady was very rude and unhelpful.Would give no stars if I could.

Neat and tidy and well presented store in melton. Parking is very convenient and location is just on easy access High street. Lady from store management was very helpful.would recommend this store for all your clothing and shoes needs.

They have great customer service and prices. But they make the main street of melton look terrible. Mow your grass please. You are embarrassing.
