Cameron's overall professional touch and follow up emails from our first phone call to inquire about getting a quote for our bathroom renovation was over and above.Once he visited and provided his quote, we knew we had chosen wisely.Thereafter, all aspects from choice of products, in home, to the demolition works, to the finished result was done like clockwork in a very well managed manner, interrupted only by a 2 week Xmas break.All tradesmen did a wonderful job and they were friendly, personable and made sure the bathroom and surrounds were left clean and ready for the next person.Scott, the Project Supervisor, kept us informed daily with texts as to who was going to be coming the next day and the expected time.We are thrilled with our new bathroom, in every aspect, and highly recommend Smart Style Bathrooms.

Smart Style recently finished a complete ground up overhaul of our ensuite and we are simply delighted with the outcome. Throughout the whole process we felt valued and informed, with Cameron taking care of us during the quoting and planning stage, Ashleigh providing design and styling guidance (in home too, which is a bonus for full time workers with children like myself and my wife), and Scott and his build team keeping us informed and updated with respect to the demo and build. The workmanship of the trades was top notch with everything finished to a high standard and the advice provided with respect to layout, fixtures, fittings and tiles to help maximise functionality and style for the right price for our budget was spot on. We couldn't be happier with our modern, luxurious ensuite and look forward to using it for a very long time. Would highly recommend Smart Style and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Smart Style have just finished the renovations to our en-suite bathroom and combined family bathroom/laundry in our 1928 cottage so there were a few challenges involved! We can't praise them highly enough for the thoroughness of their work from a competitive and comprehensive quote, excellent in-house and showroom design service and very importantly, the quality of the work performed. Smart Style personnel were easy to deal with, kept us informed at all stages and courteous - a pleasure to have working in our home. Smartstyle have done an amazing makeover of my bathroom. They listened closely to what I wanted, and delivered. When they found my bathromm wall was not straight they immedialty worked on ensuring the vanity looked perfect. Keiran the Project Manager was responsive and communicated on a regular basis. We have a 1958 home where the original bathroom became our ensuite when we did major renovations and extensions 20 years ago. At the time, we didn’t renovate the original bathroom, toilet or laundry, as we had done some basic renovations to these rooms when we bought the home 10 years earlier.We obtained 3 quotes for a full renovation of these 3 rooms, and decided to go with Smart Style as not only were they the cheapest, but they were also the only ones who immediately on seeing the bathroom suggested we change the layout and put in a new and larger window, which really appealed to us (the other 2 companies said there was nothing we could do with the layout).Our decision proved to be a good one! Smart Style were fantastic to deal with from that very first meeting, right through to the final cleanup of the work areas. Every person we dealt with, from design, product and materials selection and finalising the pricing through to the supervisor, contract administrator and all the tradies were very professional, courteous and polite, very responsive to all our queries, and took pride in their work.The workmen were all very respectful, kept the work areas neat and tidy, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Naturally there were some issues and problems that arose during the course of the work, which you would expect with the renovation of an old house, but these were dealt with promptly and without fuss. The only real issue was that the work took much longer than anticipated, however in the current climate of labour and materials shortage as well as Covid, we accepted this as unavoidable.We are thrilled with our new areas, the bathroom in particular! Our bathroom had some weird quirks that raised questions with other renovators. When Cameron came in for a quote, he told us he knew exactly what he was dealing with and explained how he would do it. Everyone was knowledgeable, flexible and communicative throughout. Caitlin oversaw our selection and planning and was very informative in terms of external alternatives, customization and budget constraints. Our supervisor Scott kept us informed every step of the way, letting us know what was happening when. The tradesmen suggested tweaks and improvements as the renovation took shape, and made sure every edge and corner worked with each other. Nothing was rushed, but the work was done surprisingly promptly. Scott made sure any hitches were ironed out straight away, and all covered by the fixed-price quote. Despite claiming not to be the cheapest, we found Smart Style to be in the same ballpark as some of the other quotes we had. The attention to detail, frequent communication and quality of the final work is well worth it.

My new bathroom is fantastic! The in home design service provided by Smart Style at the start of the project took all the guess work out of the selection process. The whole team is highly professional and their craftsmanship impeccable. Throughout the renovation I was kept updated on the daily work schedule, the tradespeople were always prompt and cleaned up after they'd finished. My bathroom was completed on time and on budget and I am delighted with the result. I'll be using them again when I remodel my laundry and kitchen
