Absolutely disgusted with the service, and the cleanliness of the store is appalling.We requested for a table outside to be cleaned, and it took so long for the girl to come out that we had already wiped down the table ourselves with our own wipes. She came out with a dirty rag and a bottle of spray. As soon as she was told she didn’t have to clean the table, the smile couldn’t be wider on her face!I watched all of this unfold while I was waiting for our food. She proceeded to laugh and joke about it with her coworkers.As for the food, the photo shows how they packed the bag. Chips were squashed, box was ripped and thrown in the bag.Was told our twisters were being made, they would be 4 minutes and they would bring it out to us.20 minutes later, still nothing and the kid that told me 4 minutes went home!No COVID safe plan, another customer asked where they sign in, other than that there was no mention of signing in to any other customers.Cannot stress enough that we will be avoiding this place in future!

Service is non existent.Pretend not to see customers waiting over the counter for at least 15 minutes.Not even an apology.Apparently management doesn't give a shht too.Go to eight mile plains if you want better service and hygiene.

My husband and myself were waiting to be served for a while. I had to call out to them as they were talking casually at the back near the drive thru window. Our food was warmish chips weren't fresh. Would I reccommend this kfc......NO

Food was ok at best and I obviously caught the end of the chips as they were not crunchy. Potato and gravy was a soup.The girl on front counter obviously had a bad day and couldn't afford a smoke to the customers.Went to eat in and bins were full and could not find one clean table, just disgusting.

Zero stars for this place! Slowest KFC I’ve ever been to. Counter staff comprehension of English language zero. Accuracy of order zero. Ordered a bucket of original pieces, got home after a 45 minute wait to find we had a bucket of hot and spicy!Literally hopeless in every way.

The manager there was very helpful and the food was great, looks like they have been changing the oil more frequently as the food has a nice golden colour to it, keep up the good work!

Order 2 wicked wings, stood in the store for 30mins and watched countless cars be served in the drive thru. Absolute joke, bring a book to read because you will probably finish it before your order is done if ordering in-store.
