Licenced to PRINT $ , do not get your car towed to RAC Morley Workshop . Priced gouged $513.00 for serpentine belt change , the belt at most is $100. and labour around $100. , I was ripped off. Also they did not check the radiator properly (pressure test) and they only replaced the radiator cap. Drove it away and 2 days later I was back due to coolant leaking from radiator. After checking , I was now told there was a crack in radiator and it needs to be replaced at a cost of $813.00 , not impressed as this should have been checked initially . Advice .... try automaster or other workshops before going here . :(

Car broke down in Perth. I live in Albany and needed to get back down asap, got the car towed here and they fixed it within a few hours and didn’t even charge for it!! Thanks to them we were able to get home fast and saved us lots of money, would recommend if you live in Albany and ever break down in Perth

Twice now our car come out worse after a service than before it was taken in. The first I put down to chance that something happened coincidentally after a service, but fool my twice then shame on me.Riddle me this RAC Morley: How do you have an essential service performed on a car that's in good condition and has not broken down ever, and it then breaks down 6 days later? This is actually a scam. Do not use this service centre. They charge through the nose and make your car worse, not better. Go somewhere else and avoid this centre at all costs.

My car has been fix in here few days ago, the price was way too expensive. Alternator replacement cost above 300 that make sense but the parts used" are above 800 that's makes me confuse I'm thought It gonna be cheaper for RAC member

I dropped in to the service reception in Morley and spoke to John regards a piston ring job on my Honda Accord and he was going to send me a quote. He had my email address and phone number. After a few days I phoned him, not receiving any quote and he fobbed me off with an excuse about taking time to price up the parts. What he did say was It's not going to be cheap" (surprise!?). Attention to detail is extremely poor. The technician who repaired my car snapped several trim pins upon removal and didn't bother to replace them. Others are just missing completely. Entire grill almost fell out on the freeway. What an absolute joke of a service centre.

An RAC roadside assistant came to my house last Wednesday when my car wouldn’t start. Told me I needed a new fuel pump and the only service centre with availability was Morley. Asked for some idea of what the cost would be. Received an email the following morning with the cost being $648. Called the Morley garage to ask when they could complete the work. Was told the quote was inaccurate, would be $730, but would call back shortly to confirm. Called back 10 minutes later and told it would be $970, when I asked for a breakdown of the quote “John” told me the fuel pump was $478, I told him that the quote I received 3 hours earlier said the pump was $248!!!My mate picked up a brand new fuel pump for $112 from Repco, fitted it in 30 minutes (as it is in tank, under the back seat so no need to remove anything from the engine to get to it etc) didn’t make a blind bit of difference. Wasn’t the fuel pump at all. Was an electrical coil, fitted by a local mechanic today, part was $95 and total cost was $150. I will never use any @racwa service centre, they’re a rip off!!! Also, my membership states “2 free tows per incident”. I was told by the original roadside assistant guy, Mark, that I can get a free tow and free diagnostic then another free tow if needed… but found out later that they WILL NOT give you a free tow OUT IF A SERVICE CENTRE!!! So they’ll tow you there.. and then you’re committed to getting the work done (ie: they can charge you anything) or you have to pay another company to tow you elsewhere! Total rip off and VERY MISLEADING membership terms and conditions (it certainly does NOT state that in the table of what you are entitled to under the different membership agreements). Find a local mechanic because #racwa mechanics suck!!!
