LR PERFORMANCE FITNESS
I have been training with Luke for 2 years, in that time my strength and fitness have improved beyond expectations and I have lost 20kg. Luke challenges me to get the best out of my self all whilst laughing with me! My program is tailored to my needs and works around my strengths and areas of need. I have learnt not only about fitness but also diet and mindset. I would highly recommend Luke.
