The first run of magazines printed contained creased covers on over 15% - this was not caught by the staff.On the second run of magazines (next quarter) there was a correction sent less than 24 hours after submission. I was told by the printer that this would make the delivery four days after the expected date as they needed to make a new plate.The press generously offered to replace the bad prints from the first run (3 months later)They also told me I was rude for complaining.The prices seem good, but are not. Not for the poor customer service and quality that is supplied. Do yourself a favour and go to CJKing or Optima Press for digital and offset respectively.
