I had 3 courses with ma360 and each is with great experience - I think I got my ideal result (become slimmer, prettier, and more confident), the staffs here are friendly, and Dr. Huang and Dr. Lou are professional, friendly, and well experienced. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely useless clinic. I asked for a skin consultation and have a list of skin issues. The doctor walked in and wrote something on a piece of paper and said to go to the chemist for it. He only addressed one specific issues despite there being a few, agreed that I would need laser treatment but didn’t care to discuss the process or any future management or appointments. He just said “use this one”. He didn’t even tell me how to use it, how it should help, how to manage my skin, when to use it, or what to do in future. Never recommending this place or coming here again. I even had to ask him to write it down. I guess he figured that he could just come in and give a single recommendation so he could walk out and continue with his day. This experience was so awful and unprofessional.

Dr Huang and the team at medical aesthetics 360 have been wonderful and accommodating. I was initially quite nervous with having my procedure done however they were very nice and reassuring. The procedure went well and painfree. They took the time to explain the process and were factual with the recovery process. Highly recommend

It was a perfect experience.The environment is extremely comfortable, and the beautician is particularly gentle. Along with the facial, there are also appropriate head and neck massages. Will be back again.

Have been coming to the clinics( both Hurstville and Chatswood) for years now. Dr Luo and Dr Hung are both expertise in their fields. Very happy with their service. Staff are always helpful and friendly!
