Secure Parking - SW1 Car Park

*** DONT USE. Same complaints as mine have been made here for over 3 years .***My complaint: Pre-Booked car spot last night (Friday 17/2/23) BUT no spots available when arrived - 20-40 cars also in same situation, all circling inside the car park for non-existent spaces.Brother-in-law also booked same car park , same time, same result of course.Missed dinner reservation; brother-in-law eventually had to go home.Wife rang help line but they could not do anything to help us other than give info re refund at another time and ?put the car park full sign l.Now have to deal with calling the company to get a refund.Very poor processes if Secure are selling so many extra spots when none available.

The family and I prebooked parking for the Brisbane Home Show. during the last week for the show on Sunday just passed.We payed $20+ for prebooked parking and for a Show like THe Brisbane Home Show you would think that the lifts in the carpark would work and not all of them be out not just one section but all of them were out and you had to exist the carpark the same way the cars would go in and out usingthe car ramp. When you are there with your family with a double pram and you also have a disability stairs are not something you can use.To Secure Park Managment. Please take it serious when there are events like the Brisbane Home Show also the Mind Body Festival was on as well and when your parking is avaiable for events and you ahve a P1 Critical issue like Lifts out you are effecting your consumers accessiblity to use your carpark effectivily and efficently.To allI recommed paying an extra $10 and book parking at the convention centre. You pay more but at least their services work.

Didn't work out with online booking. Scanned QR and was having error.. operator at gate gave me till 5pm and there to manually open boom gate to exit. There was obvious issues faced in the systems for me.. I hope they work out systems errors ... Especially it's close to BCEC for big events.

The building manager trailed me then accosted me threatening a tow after parking in visitors' parking, without listening to my explanation that I was meeting a resident colleague at the SW1 coffee shop. Nice place, but unpleasant administration particularly for a publically accessible space, as per agreed land use requirements.

Worst parking experience ever. Pre-booked and upon arrival ended up in a queue which led to having to hand over our keys as no parks available. Don't feel comfortable with strangers driving my car, and certainly didn't expect to be put in that position. Understaffed and trying to overbook to make more money at the expense of the customers. Will Never, Ever, Ever, use this parking place again as no guarantee you will have a space to park in even if you book ahead. Better off taking a chance to park in the street without the bad service and stress.

Prime off street parking, lessens risk of damage to your car and QPAC and Southbank Parklands is just upstairs.

Easy secure.parking, easy pay system, peace.of mind when visiting Southbank.Would consider parking there again.

Horrendous experience! Will not trust them again. Prepaid and pre booked days prior to Paniyiri festival… we arrived and they were not controlling the park so our spot was sold to someone else leaving us in the lurch. We couldn’t get out because the keypad upon exit wasn’t functioning so had to phone for help. They then redirected us to browning street car park where we were lucky to have been given a park by the lovely gate attendant. Completely unorganised and unethical business organisation.

Most easiest parking you can use around the convention centre and Southbank. I book early bird parking to get the best all day price. There is lots of spots to grab. Put in my pin as I enter and put it again as I leave. Never had a problem.

Handy parking spot. Prices have increased a fair bit recently. On one occasion there were no available parking spots even though we had pre-booked and no human attendant to help us out. Generally good though.
